1. Personal attacks made against other players which go beyond the context of gameplay are unacceptable. Comments that are unlawful, personally threatening, racially or ethnically derogatory will not be tolerated.
2. You may not attempt to impersonate any Linkrealms Customer Support representative or other employee of Mythyn Interactive, LLC.
3. You may not use Linkrealms services to violate any local, state, national or international law or regulation.
4. You may not breach the privacy of other players by giving out their real-world personal information within the Linkrealms server or messages boards.
5. You may not attempt to intercept, decrypt, modify or monitor any data transmissions to or from the Linkrealms servers.
6. You may not exploit any bug found in the Linkrealms system to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs found must be immediately reported to Linkrealms staff, and not to other players either inside or outside the game world.
7. The Linkrealms client is not to be used with any service not controlled or authorized by Mythyn Interactive, LLC.
8. You will not create, use or distribute any emulators or software tools related to the Linkrealms product without the express written permission of Mythyn Interactive, LLC. This includes unattended macroing and use of hack tools to gain an unfair advantage in game.
9. You are allowed to own up to three different Linkrealms accounts. Ownership of multiple accounts has to be reported through the account management page.
10. If you own more than one account, you may not log in more than one at the same time, disregarding if it's being used on the same physical device or not.
11. You may not own an account for the sole purpose of silently controlling in-game locations that are relevant to the whole Linkrealms community.
12. You may not sell or transfer your account to anyone else, and you may not accept an account belonging to someone else. Trying to persuade another member to give you his/her password is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
13. You agree to treat all the data associated to your account (username, password, etc) in a strictly confidential manner and not to disclose them to any third party or allow any third party to use your account unless you received a written authorization to do so from Mythyn Interactive.
14. You agree that all intellectual property or other rights on any game character, account and items are and will remain our property. By posting chat or other materials such as realm maps, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, worldwide license to use and/or modify such materials as we see fit.
15. Participation in any volunteer activity for the game (formal or informal) is done by your own free will with no expectation of immediate or future compensation and does not constitute employment with Mythyn Interactive. You are in no way obligated to continue any such volunteer activity, nor are you obligated to any time commitment for such activity. Volunteer activities may be terminated at any time by either party.
16. Mythyn Interactive, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any activity which interferes with the company's ability to provide efficient and cost-effective service to its members is not tolerated.
17. Game content contains references to alcohol, gambling, adult humor, and includes animated blood and violence. Game play involves interaction with other players resulting in content which cannot be rated. We cannot guarantee all players will abide by these terms of service. If you are the victim of offensive or inappropriate communications, you should use the built-in feature to block the messages from the offending player.
18. Participation is limited to those at least 18 years of age, or those at least 13 years of age with parental consent. Children 12 and under may not join under any circumstance.
19. As long as you own an active Linkrealms account, you are offered the opportuinity to spend real money to purchase virtual currency ("Credits"), in-game virtual items (such as "Claim Stakes"), or buy access to the game itself for your account. Virtual currency can in turn be used to acquire virtual items in the game.
20. All purchases of virtual currency and/or virtual goods (such as "Credits", "Claim Stakes" and "Founder Packs") are final. With the exception of the case described in the following point of the these terms of service, there are no refunds or returns for the purchase of virtual currency and/or virtual goods.
21. You have the right to withdraw from a purchase of virtual currency and/or virtual goods within a period of 15 calendar days, counted from the day the purchase was made. However, you lose your right of withdrawal if the performance of the services begins before the end of the aforementioned period. Logging into the game after a purchase of virtual currency and/or virtual goods is considered as a performance of the services.
22. Any violation of these terms, or encouraging others to violate these terms, may result in the immediate termination of your account. Account ban and suspension decisions are made at the sole discretion of Mythyn Interactive staff on a case-by-case basis.
23. These terms may be altered or amended over time. Please check these terms whenever you login to Linkrealms. Your continued use of the product indicates your acceptance of these terms of service.
